Winning Tribes A wellness program to enhance team performance

What factors reduce personal performance?

Many factors can influence personal performance, among them, these are probably some of the most important ones:

  • A wealth of information from unreliable sources
  • Unstructured planning
  • Lack of focus
  • Difficulty to prevent upcoming problems

Finally, it is important to highlight that, from June 2011 to mid-year 2017 the number of sick leaves due to mental illness increased by an alarming 129% (Source: Dagens Industri 24th November 2017). High sickness rates mean a great deal of human suffering and major losses to society, especially in terms of productivity.

How does winning tribes work?

We mix a series of practical in-house work-shops about training and healthy eating with group coaching sessions as well as training at the gym and cooking classes.

Although in Sweden there is no lack of health professionals doing passive lectures for several companies, it is well known that passive lectures provide very low knowledge retention rates encouraging learning at the lowest levels of cognitive function (DiPiro et al., 2008).

Therefore, we work on your individual goals and stimulate motivation and active learning by encouraging discussions and constant feedback.
